The long-simmering feud between the WBC Welterweight champion and the British puncher moves from social media and press conferences to the ring on Saturday night inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with the bout streaming on Paramount+. On Friday, both men did their part at the scales, stripping away any last excuse before fight night.
Garcia came in at 145.5 lbs, looking lean and sharp, half a pound under the 147-pound welterweight limit. Benn, the relentless pressure fighter out of Britain, weighed 146 lbs, also comfortably inside the mark. No drama. No delays. Just two men locked in on a grudge that now has nowhere else to go.
Opetaia–Mikaelian set for cruiserweight title clash

Jai Opetaia, one of the most feared cruiserweights on the planet, hit the scale at 199 lbs as he prepares to defend his Zuffa Boxing and The Ring cruiserweight titles. Across from him, WBC 200-pound champion Noel Mikaelian registered right on the division’s ceiling at 200 lbs.
It’s a clean, unified picture at cruiserweight: both champions on point, both belts on the line, no excess baggage.
